Hours to be determined, but will be 5 days a week, between 8 AM and 6 PM (8 to 4 PM on Saturdays).
The individual we hire must be professional in appearance and attitude; organized, efficient, motivated, have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and be a 100% team player.
Strong computer skills are an absolute must.
The Coordinator must be an outstanding communicator - they are responsible to communicate with customers in person, via phone, email and text, regarding their service visits; also will communicate with other Abeloff team members, and with outside providers to obtain approval and/or payment for services.
The Coordinator works closely with Service Advisors to ensure that our customers are provided timely and thorough service for their vehicles.
May assist with completing documentation, cashiering, managing the loaner fleet, ordering parts, and other duties as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
